Amelia advises sponsors on fund formation and portfolio company transactions, including acquisition financing and management incentive arrangements. She trained at Thornhill and qualified into the Private Capital group in 2019, spending a subsequent secondment with a leading private credit manager that gave her valuable insight into fund structuring from the client's perspective, and has gone on to advise on matters including a credit manager's subscription line facility for its flagship fund and the management incentive arrangements for a portfolio company acquisition.

Amelia works across a range of asset classes, with a particular focus on credit and infrastructure strategies, and is increasingly instructed directly by sponsors on time-sensitive fundraising matters, including a first-time sponsor on the structuring and launch of its debut fund.

Amelia holds an LL.B. from the University of Manchester and was admitted in England and Wales in 2019. She is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales.
